The Cycladic farmhouse villa XXII, located above Livadia beach, well known also as surf’s spot , situated away from the crowds and engulfed by the natural landscape.
The residence is build amidst an olive grove and vineyard and offers 3 large bedrooms. The bedroom set up is as follows and sleeps from 6 to 10 guests. The master bedroom detached from the main house with double bed and two single beds suitable for children - with ensuite shower room and walk in closet. Guest room with independent entrance situated in two levels, ground level is a sitting area with a couch that can be turned into two single beds and the shower room, upper level has a double bed and opens to a terrace with sew view.
Second guest room with independent entrance that can be set up two ways, one with a king size double bed and a second set up with twin beds or two bunk beds (sleeping 4 kids) and ensuite bathroom with shower.
The villa offers a beautiful and romantic set up, with amazing sunsets and a brand new pool area. The residence is outfitted with modern amenities and thoughtful traditional details, the interior spaces are divided with stone arches.
Wood-paneled ceilings and touches of metal complete the material scheme, and the earthy color palette induces instant calm.
The famous Rooster Resort provides the guests with the opportunity to have, coffee, tea, drink and lunch/dinner at walking distance from the villa. The braver crowds can even walk down to the beach, which is the wonderful sandy beach of Livadia.
A traditional stone chapel is also available on the premises, perfect for an intimate wedding or baptism ceremony in this almost religiously soothing setting.
